Getting in shape and feeling strong doesn’t have to be hard. It can be fun and uplifting. I encourage everyone to get some resistance training incorporated into their lives. Yoga and jogging aren’t going to get the job done. To feel and see real, permanent changes, it is imperative to add weights and build muscle from within, especially as we age. Ideally, we will have at least 5 sessions to break down, upper, lower body, back, and front, and then an extra day to discuss cardio, stretching, and extra supplemental workout options, as well as nutrition counseling. I will write up a weekly workout regimen for you that you are responsible for and once a week we meet either virtually or in person to work on form and increase weights, change up the routine so as not to stagnate and plateau.
